Honest Dice March Update - Wave 2 Shipped Early!

Hello backers!

I am excited to say that I was able to ship wave 2 in February, much earlier than the April timing! I have now shipped over 90% of all the dice that were ordered.

I can't tell you how excited I am for wave 3 (backer #3686 and up, ships end of June) so I can ship the last of the late backer rewards and preorders! Wave 3 manufacturing is going well so far and is on track to ship on time.

In the next week or so, those of you who have received your dice will get a review request from Judge.me. If you can, please take a moment to leave a review.

Wave 2 Shipping Soon + Address Lock!

Hello backers!

I'm excited to be writing this mid-month update to let you know I am getting ready to ship wave 2!

All the dice for wave 2 are scheduled to land at the fulfillment warehouse within a week. When the shipment arrives, it will be unpacked, counted, checked, and organized. The fulfillment company says to allow a week for that process. That means that in about two weeks I expect to begin shipping wave 2 orders!

Today, wave 2 backers will receive an email from BackerKit to confirm their shipping address or update it if necessary. In two days all the wave 2 shipping addresses will lock. 

It's been such a joy for me to receive the overwhelmingly positive feedback from those of you who have already received your dice. I am so excited to get this second wave of orders shipped out! 🙂🙂🙂

February Update - Wave 1 Shipped + Wave 2 Manufactured

Hello backers!

I am delighted to report that I was able to ship wave 1 in January as expected! If you are part of wave 1 (backer #1 - backer #2932) and haven't received tracking information for your order, please send me a message and I'll be happy to help. 

A few of you noticed a dark line on some of your dice. The foam insert that holds the dice has fabric glued to its surface, and in some cases there was a bit of excess adhesive that transferred to the dice. If you notice this on your dice, it can be cleaned off using soap and warm water, or with a gentle solvent such as alcohol or a disinfectant wipe. 

Here's a quick status update for wave 2 and wave 3:

Wave 2  (backer #2933 - backer #3685, Ships end of April): Exciting news! These dice are finished and are currently in transit to the fulfillment warehouse where they are expected in late February. If they arrive to the warehouse without delay, I should be able to ship these in March! 

Wave 3  (backer #3686 and up, Ships end of June): Manufacturing is underway for these dice. Everything is on schedule for me to ship in June as promised. I am hoping to ship earlier, but it is too soon to say. I appreciate your patience!

I want to say a big thank you to all of you backers and especially everyone who has taken a moment to leave a comment or send me a message about how much you love your new dice. It is so satisfying to finally have these dice join your gaming tables around the world. 🙂🙂🙂

January Update - Wave 1 Shipping Soon + Address Lock!

Hello backers and Happy New Year!

Wave 1 is on schedule to ship by the end of January. All the dice for wave 1 have been manufactured and are currently in transit, scheduled to land at the fulfillment warehouse within a week. Once the shipment arrives, it must be unpacked, counted, checked, and organized. The fulfillment company says to allow a week for that process, which makes sense when you consider that there are 110 large boxes containing over 6,000 products. That means that in about two weeks I expect to begin shipping wave 1 orders! 

Today, wave 1 backers will receive an email from BackerKit to confirm their shipping address or update it if necessary. In two days all the wave 1 shipping addresses will lock.

The Kickstarter project also just passed the milestone of 3,500 backers! That doesn't even include the hundreds of other supporters who preordered through BackerKit and my website. It's incredibly exciting that so many players have chosen the dice I designed and I am very thankful to all of you backers who have made this possible. 🙂

Honest Dice December Update

Hello backers!

I hope you all are doing well this holiday season and that you get to enjoy some time with those you care about.

Remaking the bad batch of dice is well underway and I am on schedule for the adjusted shipping timing I announced in the previous update. There are over three thousand dice in the batch so the machine shop has been working hard to get it done as soon as possible. I really appreciate all the kind messages and how patient everyone has been. Thank you! 🙂

With my next update I’ll be sending out emails to wave 1 backers to finalize their shipping addresses. If you know you need to update your shipping address and prefer to do it now rather than wait for that email, just let me know and I'll send you a link where you can do that. 👍
